  14. Thought I'd save someone a toll call to Supra Tech Support.  The 
  15. instructions, on Supra's web site (http://www.supra.com), are a little 
  16. vague. (IMHO)  One needs to download the correct file for the modem 
  17. type.  Then, offline, follow the instructions for X-modem Uploading that 
  18. are provided on Supra's web site.  In item #5 you will "send" the 
  19. previously downloaded file using x-modem.  Your modem will automaticly 
  20. "receive" the file and flash its rom.  Please read and follow the "How to 
  21. flash your modem with X-modem" instructions.

  23. As to the benifits of upgrading.  Too early to tell but if you are like 
  24. me, a hardware junkie, you'll upgrade just to have the latest.
